Everyone you invite pays nothing, and there is no limit on how many people that can be. Creating a Case is the only thing anyone ever pays for, and you are the one who pays it.

Most of the cost is creating your Case, the part with real work behind it. Keeping it safe afterward costs us very little, so it costs you very little.
Year one, all included
Create your Case with a one-time fee and build it at your own pace. Storage is free for your whole first year.
Year two onward
A simple annual fee keeps everything safe, from $10/year for one Case, plus $5/year for each additional Case. One renewal date for your whole account.
Add a Case any time
Build one for a parent, a child, a partner whenever you’re ready. $25 to create it, added to your plan.
Common questions
- When am I charged?
- Not right away. You get time to build your Case and see the value first. We only charge once you’ve had a chance to use it.
- What happens in year two?
- A small annual storage fee keeps your Case safe and accessible, from $10/year for one Case, plus $5/year for each additional Case, on one account renewal date.
- Can I add Cases later?
- Any time. Each new Case is a one-time $25 and joins your plan immediately. For ten or more, get in touch and we’ll set you up personally.
- Do the people I share with have to pay?
- No. Everyone you invite sets up a free account, opens the folders you gave them, and no bill ever arrives. There is no charge per person and no limit on how many people you invite. If one of them later wants a Case of their own, that is the point at which they would pay for it. More about sharing.
- Is my information secure?
- Yes. Sensitive information is encrypted, never sold or shared, and visible only to the people you choose. More about how we protect it.
